Terms of use

By creating an account on Zehu you agree to the following. They are short on purpose.

Who can join

• You are 18 or older.
• You are single — never married, divorced, or widowed. Separated is not divorced.
• You are the person in your photos, and your profile is truthful.
• You are joining to find a spouse or a serious relationship — not to sell, recruit, or collect information.

Approval

Every account is reviewed by a person before it becomes visible, and a live verification selfie is required. We may decline or remove an account at our discretion, with or without a reason, if we believe it is fake, unsafe, or not in the spirit of the community. Usually we tell you why.

Conduct

• Follow the community guidelines.
• Treat what people share with you here — including anything about their private observance — as confidential. Screenshots, gossip, or exposing someone gets you removed permanently.
• Keep every message and photo appropriate. Inappropriate content means removal on the first confirmed report.
• No harassment, pressure, or repeated contact after someone declines.
• No commercial use, scraping, or automated access.

Matchmakers

Matchmakers are volunteers or staff who may suggest introductions. They see your full profile. They do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for what happens after an introduction. You can opt out of matchmaker suggestions on your profile.

Cost

Zehu is free to use. Matching and messaging will always be free.

Liability

We verify accounts as carefully as we can, but we cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions, or character. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zehu is provided “as is” and we are not liable for anything that happens between members.

Your content

You own your photos and text. You give us permission to show them to members you allow, and to review them for safety. We never use them for marketing without asking.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the More screen. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Bans are permanent.
